Training Sites

Training sites are not required when creating training sessions. However, if you want to identify where the training sessions will be held when your employees sign up for classes, then set up training sites.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view training sites:

Rights	Description
STE_VIEW	Allows the user to view training sites.
STE_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to add, view, edit, and delete a Training Site record.

NOTE: See Rights Groups for more information on assigning rights groups to users.

Global vs. Local

Global training sites will be inherited by all Local organizations.
Local training sites will only be viewed and used within that Local organization.
